It is the perfect way to hold onto those little outfits close to your heart.
You will ship us the outfits to us and we will use those as the fabric for the appliqué (shown in the MAMA and DADDY in the listing photo).
PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW FOR HOW TO ORDER.
For the keepsake hoodie you may choose up 5 keepsakes of your choice to be used depending on the wording you would like. Please note that thick materials like denim or anything particularly thin like sheer scarves do not work well for this item. Small,compact patterns work best- anything too large or spaced out will not fit inside the letters. Thick appliqués will also not work.
Please post them directly to us, I will email you after you have placed your order with the address to send to.
Please include your order number with the wording you would like on the hoodie inside your package so we can easily pair your keepsakes with your order.
Wording can be changed upon request ( mummy, daddy, nanny etc) just leave a note in the personalisation box. Please bear in mind that adding additional letters will reduce the size of each letter.

- you are responsible for the cost to ship your keepsakes to us but in return we offer free shipping once the hoodie is completed. If there is any remaining fabric it will be shipped back to you with the completed hoodie.
- I cannot be held responsible for any keepsakes that may be lost or damaged during transit to or from my shop.
- if you should need to cancel your order and have already shipped your keepsakes; you will be responsible for the return postage.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
our current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. Because these are sentimental, made to order items and there is a lot of work that goes into each one. Please bare in mind that our turnaround time is subject to change with an increase in orders, wait times of shipping keepsakes.
Orders are worked in the order the keepsakes are received and NOT in the order of when the order was placed. All items are made to order and once they are shipped you will receive a email confirmation. Typically your package will arrive 3-5 days upon shipping.
