Reagrding all returns unfortunately returns cannot be accepted due to all orders are made to order unless there are any defects to your order.
Shipping
All personalised orders shipping will take up to 2-3 weeks due to every order being made to order. So please bare in mind before ordering that it could take up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. You will receive dispatch emails once your order is packed and ready to ship.
